Eva Fontanelli, Italian Elle Editor and Stylist, is well-know in the world of fashion for her distinctive style. She somehow creates the sweetest looks that only work for her.
It has been said nobody can copy her style, and I have to admit that. But there is a look that has been on my mind all the time , and I have to try.
One day, I saw a photo of Eva wearing really wide satin pants and a white sweater, and that look struk my head. A simple yet unforgettable look! I know I can't duplicate her, so I created my own look. And, here it goes.
It is my belief that as long as clothes don't disturb my body proportion, I can wear anything. Now, it is the time to put that theory to the test. I'm wearing lady's super wide pants with Anglomania sleeveless top and a vintage motorcycle jacket. I have to wear platform shoes so I don't look too short over all.
I'm not wearing what exactly Eva wore in that picture bcause if I just copy her, I'll fail. It is more like translating her style and expressing with my own.
I like the result alright. It's not as fabulous as Eva's look, but it suits me. So, the experiment is successful, I must say.
Eva is always my favorite fashionista. Watching the way she dresses is like watching a fashion show, and I'm looking forward to seeing her new looks!
